Meet our account managers BJ Kraatz and Glenda Knectenhofer. We feel it is very important to assign each client an account manager. This provides our clients a “real person” to contact and talk to about any issues or concerns. Our account managers are very involved and familiar with the day to day operation of their individual client accounts so they can help resolve issues quickly and professionaly.
Glenda Knechtenhofer
Glenda graduated in 1986 from Colorado State University. She started her own medical transcription company in 1991, and has worked for AccuPro Professional Services, Inc. as an account manager since 1999. Glenda has been married for 25 years to John and lives in rural northwest Missouri with three children: Sarah 18, Sam 15, and Jakob 10. In her free time, Glenda enjoys gardening, reading, travel, and spending time with family.
BJ Kraatz
Bj Kraatz has been with AccuPro Professional Services since 2005, bringing with her 25 years of administrative experience. She has held leadership positions spanning technology and business aspects of several companies. Bj has served as an executive board member and was instrumental in expanding the technological capabilities of those companies. Bj attended the University of Florida and has an Associate Degree in Business Administration. She is very active in her community having served as a board member of various non-profit organizations and is currently serving as a board member for a non-profit organization. She lives in Kansas with her husband, Kevin. They have three daughters; Ashley 25, Alex 16, and Abbey 15.
